Emilie Roncali

Emilie Roncali is an Assistant Project Scientist in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at UC Davis, United States. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from École Centrale de Paris, France, and completed postdoctoral training under Dr. Simon Cherry at UC Davis. Her research focuses on molecular imaging and therapy, particularly developing optical models for Monte Carlo simulations of PET detectors and optimizing personalized dosimetry for internal radionuclide therapy. She contributes to the National Cancer Institute (NCI) working groups and the Informatics Technology for Cancer Research (ITCR) initiative, advancing targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT) through image-based and simulation-based dosimetry for liver cancer treatment.
