Emilie Feldman is the Michael L. Tarnopol Professor and Professor of Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She earned her BA in Economics and French Literature from Harvard College and an MBA and DBA from Harvard Business School, where her dissertation won the Wyss Award and was a finalist for the Wiley-Blackwell Outstanding Dissertation Award. Her research focuses on corporate strategy and governance, particularly divestitures, spinoffs, mergers and acquisitions, and their impact on firm scope and strategic decision-making.
