Emil Kowalik

Dr. Emil Kowalik is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL). His academic work focuses on civil procedure with special emphasis on land and mortgage register proceedings, real estate transactions, and commercial law.
