Emanuele Meier

Emanuele Meier is a Researcher at the Competence Centre for Innovation and Research on Education Systems (CIRSE), part of the Department of Education and Learning / University of teacher education at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI). He also teaches Statistics at the Higher School of Management in Fribourg (HEG-Fr) since January 2020.

His research interests span educational psychology, psychometrics, school climate assessment, and student motivation. Meier specializes in quantitative data analysis and psychometric test design, with significant contributions to school climate monitoring through the adaptation and validation of the Questionnaire sur l'environnement socio-éducatif (QES) for the Ticino school context.
