Eman Abdulla is an Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of Warwick, specializing in applied labour economics and macroeconomics. Her research focuses on the Future of Work, climate change impacts on labour markets, and Middle Eastern economic dynamics. She holds a PhD from the University of Manchester (2019) under Dr. Matias Cortes and Prof. Martyn Andrews.
Teaching roles include leading the Personal Development Module and lecturing in Macroeconomics (EC 956) and Economics of Money and Banking (EC 230). She has received multiple awards for teaching excellence, including nominations for the Warwick Award for Personal Tutoring and supervision of award-winning dissertations. Her students have won Global Undergraduate Awards and prestigious UAE Moonshot Apprenticeships.
