Ellis Hanson is a Professor at Cornell University, affiliated with the Department of Comparative Literature and actively involved in interdisciplinary programs such as Feminist, Gender and Sexuality Studies and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Studies. His teaching spans Victorian and Modernist literature, visual studies, critical theory, and gender and sexuality studies.
