Ellice Parkinson

Ellice Parkinson is an Associate Tutor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of East Anglia, affiliated with the School of Health Sciences. She conducts research focused on hydration in older adults, particularly those living with dementia in care homes, using mixed-methods and qualitative approaches.
