Prof. Ellen van der Werff is an Associate Professor of Environmental Psychology at the University of Groningen’s Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences. Her research focuses on factors influencing pro-environmental behavior, including environmental self-identity, behavioral interventions, and the role of organizational values. She collaborates across disciplines to address real-world sustainability challenges, such as circular consumption and climate action.
