Roles & Affiliations: Ellen Lust is a Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Gothenburg and founder/director of the Institute for Governance and Local Development (GLD) at both Gothenburg and Yale University. She previously held positions at Rice University (1997–2000) and Yale University (2000–2015), and directed Yale's Center for Middle East Studies.
