Elle Zwinkels is a Lecturer at the Department of Media and Culture Studies, Utrecht University, affiliated with the Faculty of Humanities. Her expertise spans Transgender Studies, Theater and Performance Studies, Queer Feminism, and Open Science. She holds an MA in Gender Studies and an RMA in Media, Art, and Performance Studies. Her research focuses on normativity, affect studies, trans* feminism, and the intersection of musical theater with Western feminist theory.
