Elke Weber serves as the Gerhard R. Andlinger Professor in Energy and the Environment at Princeton University, affiliated with both the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment and the School of Public and International Affairs. As founder of the Behavioral Science for Policy Lab (BSPL), her research bridges psychological theory with real-world applications in climate change, energy policy, and financial decision-making. Her work examines how social norms, risk perception, and institutional signals shape behavior, with cross-cultural studies in the US, India, China, and Italy.
