Elizabeth Zandona serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Technology at the Polytechnic of Karlovac, teaching core undergraduate courses with significant laboratory and field components.
Her instructional responsibilities include:
- Fundamentals of Food Technology (Lecturer)
- Sensory evaluation of food products (Lecturer)
- Beer Microbiology and By-products of beer production
- Multiple chemistry and biochemistry laboratory courses
- Food Packaging applications
Research interests derived from teaching focus on Food Science, Sensory Analysis, and specialized Beer Production technologies. Consultations are held Tuesdays 11:30am-1:00pm by email appointment at ekralj@vuka.hr.
