Dr. Bojan Matijević serves as a Permanent Professor at the Department of Food Technology, Karlovac University of Applied Sciences, where he has been employed since 2005. His academic career progressed from Assistant (2005-2006) to Lecturer (2006-2009), Senior Lecturer (2009-2013), Professor (2013-2018), and Permanent Professor (2018-present). Prior to academia, he worked as a Technologist at KIM Mljekara Karlovac dd (2000-2005).
