Elizabeth Yates is a Research Librarian (Librarian III) at Brock University Library, specializing in research lifecycle support. Her role includes leading evidence synthesis projects such as systematic reviews and scoping reviews, chairing the Library’s Evidence Synthesis Working Group, and providing in-depth consultations for researchers. She also develops learning materials like LibGuides, workshops, and other educational resources to enhance research support.
Her research interests focus on evidence synthesis methodologies, open access initiatives, and improving library services for gender-diverse students. She plays a key role in triaging evidence synthesis requests and mentoring colleagues to strengthen team capabilities.
