Elizabeth A. McCrea is an Associate Professor of Management at Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business, where she also serves as Director of the Division of Research, Teaching, and Learning. She holds a Ph.D. in Organization Management from Rutgers University.
Research Focus: Her work centers on entrepreneurship, innovation, and pedagogy, with publications in journals like Organization Management Journal, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, and Case Research Journal. Notable contributions include studies on experiential learning, equity splits in startups, and curriculum design.
Awards & Recognition: Recipient of Stillman Teaching Awards (2017 and 2024), and three applied research awards from NJ Policy Research Organization and NJ Business & Industry Association. She has held leadership roles in the Eastern Academy of Management, serving as Program Chair, President, and Fellow.
