Elizabeth J. Kennedy is a Professor of Law & Social Responsibility at the Sellinger School of Business, Loyola University Maryland. She holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Smith College. Prior to her academic career, she practiced corporate finance law at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, advised Senator Edward M. Kennedy on labor policy, and organized for AFSCME and UNITE.
