Elizabeth Havice

Elizabeth Havice is the Bowman and Gordan Gray Distinguished Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She co-founded the Digital Oceans Governance Lab, which investigates the intersection of data science and ocean governance. Her work bridges political economy, environmental studies, and critical geography.

Her research examines:
