Elizabeth Gray is a Professor of Psychology at North Park University, where she has been teaching since 2002. She specializes in personality, social psychology, industrial-organizational psychology, and intimate relationships, with a focus on enhancing the learning experience for psychology students. Gray also serves as department chair, faculty advisor for Psi Chi (the international psychology honors society), and director of the Teaching & Learning Cooperative.

Gray’s research emphasizes pedagogical innovation in psychology education and the integration of psychological concepts with Christian liberal arts principles. Her work includes studies on trait stability during young adulthood, reflecting her interest in longitudinal psychological development.
She received the Zenos Hawkinson Award in 2015–16 for teaching excellence and campus leadership. Her publications, such as the 2008 study on Big Five traits, highlight interdisciplinary approaches to personality and affective traits.
