Elizabeth Balcer-Kubiczek

Dr. Elizabeth Balcer-Kubiczek serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Medicine, where she integrates radiation biology and physics into clinical cancer therapy through research and teaching.
