Elizabeth B. Delia is an Associate Professor of Sport Management and PhD Coordinator at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst. She holds a PhD in Sport Management (Florida State University, 2015), an MBA (SUNY New Paltz, 2007), and a BS in Marketing (SUNY New Paltz, 2006). Her research focuses on team identity, consumer behavior, and qualitative methodologies, with recent work addressing environmentalism in sport and gender dynamics in fandom.

Her publications span topics like sponsorship discourse, fan resilience, and methodological rigor in sport management. Teaching interests include marketing research and consumer behavior, reflecting her industry experience as a market research analyst and NCAA intern.
