Elizabeth Anderson Fletcher is an Associate Professor in the Department of Decision and Information Sciences at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston, with a joint faculty appointment in the Hobby School of Public Affairs. She serves as Faculty Director of Bauer Honors, Director of Accreditation at the Hobby School, and Associate Director of the UH First Responder Program in the Department of Psychology.

She is actively involved in the Cypress Creek Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter and Captain, where she leads the mental wellness program as Safety Officer and Chaplain. This field experience deeply informs her academic work and community engagement.
