Elizabeth A. Regan

Dr. Elizabeth A. Regan is Chair of the Department of Integrated Information Technology and Associate Professor of Health Information Technology at the University of South Carolina's Molinaroli College of Engineering and Computing. With a PhD from the University of Connecticut, her 16-year industry IT management background informs her research in health IT exchange, organizational change, and strategic information systems.

She serves on the NeKY RHIO Board of Directors and HIMSS Innovation Committee. Her publications include textbooks on end-user systems and research on health IT adoption. Courses taught include Health Information & Clinical Transformation (ITEC 776) and Health Information Systems Management (ITEC 747).
