Elisabetta Pederzini

Elisabetta Pederzini is an Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Trento's Faculty of Law. She holds a PhD from Università Bocconi (Milan) and a Laurea in Law from the University of Modena. Her research focuses on corporate governance, insolvency law, legal technology, and European company law. She has led multiple national and international research projects, including the EU-funded 'Legal Technology Transformation in Practice' and 'Law of Close Corporations in the Euregio.'

Teaching roles include courses on European commercial law, corporate law, and insolvency law since 1999. She also coordinates the 'Law and Cinema' elective and laboratory courses on corporate crisis management.

Awarded EU consulting role for company law expertise (2016). Active in academic committees, editorial boards (e.g., Rivista di Diritto Societario), and international conferences on legal innovation and corporate law.

Professional activities include legal training for banking professionals, commercial attorneys, and public administrators through specialized courses and master's programs.
