Elisabeth Walde is a Professor at the Institute of Archaeology, University of Innsbruck. Her research focuses on Roman Provincial Art, Classical Epigraphy, and Cultural Transfer in the Alps. She has published extensively on Tyrolean Roman sites, particularly Aguntum and Magdalensberg.
