Elisabeth Skarðhamar Olsen

Elisabeth Skarðhamar Olsen is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of History and Social Sciences, University of the Faroe Islands. Her work bridges critical food geography, political ecology, and sustainability studies with a focus on marginalized communities and alternative economic models.
