Elisabeth Resa is a Research Associate in the Department of Early Childhood Education at the Free University of Berlin. Her work focuses on pedagogical quality assessment, language education in daycare centers, and organizational quality development. She leads the project Quality in Bilingual Daycare Centres and contributes to large-scale initiatives like the federal program Sprach-Kitas and EU projects such as CARE and ISOTIS.

She explores organizational strategies for sustainable quality improvement, digitalization in early education, and equity in care systems. Her work often involves quantitative analysis and observational methodologies.
Publications span policy briefs, journal articles, and book chapters addressing topics like team goal-setting in preschools, professional exchange effects on language quality, and cross-European curriculum comparisons. She has presented findings at international conferences including EARLI and DGfE meetings.
