Dr. Elisa Wallwaey is a Researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in the Department of Policy and Society. She holds a B.A. in Social Sciences and an M.A. in International Criminology. Since 2019, she has focused on research at Fraunhofer ISI while pursuing her doctorate at the University of Trier (2020–2024) on illegal knowledge transfer in German SMEs. Her work bridges criminology, innovation policy, and social impact analysis.
