Elisa Stone

Elisa Stone is the Director of the CalTeach program at the University of California, Berkeley. She teaches in the program and advocates for K–12 teaching as a career path. With a background as a former high school biology teacher and molecular and cell biology researcher, she focuses on student development of scientific experimental skills.

Her research interests span biology education, genetics, molecular biology, and science education. She contributes to educational development through her work in the CalTeach program.
