Elisa Rodepeter

Elisa Rodepeter is a researcher at the Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) in the Research Unit for "Economics of Innovation and Industrial Dynamics" since December 2022. She is also a doctoral student at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) since January 2023. Her academic work focuses on firm dynamics, particularly examining start-ups and the impact of digitalisation and human capital.
