Dr. Eline Schoonjans is a post-doctoral researcher at ZEW – Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research since 2023. Her work focuses on the intersection of labor economics, industrial dynamics, and sustainability, employing state-of-the-art econometric methods to analyze firm dynamics, labor market characteristics, and their ecological and economic impacts. She holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Munich, completed with distinction in June 2023, centered on labor market frictions and their social implications, particularly income and gender inequality.
