معرفی
Dr. Eliezer Estrecho is an ARC DECRA Fellow in the Department of Quantum Science & Technology at The Australian National University. His research focuses on exciton-polaritons, strong light-matter coupling, and Bose-Einstein condensates, with a particular emphasis on quantum fluids and topological phenomena. He holds qualifications including a BSc, MSc, and is a PhD candidate.
Estrecho's work bridges quantum optics and condensed matter physics, exploring systems such as atomically thin semiconductors and microcavities. Notable projects include the investigation of negative-mass polaritons and metasurface-controlled photonic effects. He leads research initiatives like 'Mixing light and matter with complex gauge fields' and 'Tunable laser for strong light-matter coupling in novel semiconductors.'
His contributions span theoretical and experimental advancements in polariton condensation, non-Hermitian systems, and topological phases. Collaborations include international teams in semiconductor physics and quantum photonics.
