Elicia Coles is a PhD candidate and Associate Tutor at the University of Warwick's Department of Politics and International Studies (PAIS). She teaches modules such as PO207: Politics of the USA and PO374: Politics of Globalisation for the 2024/25 academic year. Her research focuses on consumption's role in shaping US identity, exceptionalism, and power, drawing on popular culture and world politics.
Her research interests include American exceptionalism, US foreign policy, security studies, International Political Economy, and critical theory. She previously taught PO107: Introduction to Politics in 2023/24.
