Eleni Lamprou

Eleni Lamprou is a Senior Lecturer at the London School of Business and Finance and a Visiting Faculty member at The American College of Greece (ACG). She holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the Athens University of Economics & Business, and a Ph.D. from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. Her research and teaching focus on the Future of Work and Learning, Human Resources Management, Organisational Change, Leadership, and Information Technology Management.

She has held academic roles at institutions including the London School of Economics and Political Science, Lancaster University, and Laureate Online Education. Her work has been published in journals such as Organization Studies and Leadership, and she has contributed to research projects funded by the European Commission and national organizations.

Eleni has received the Best Paper from a Doctoral Dissertation award (2010) and has actively co-chaired international conferences. She is also experienced in innovative learning models, particularly in online education.
