Eleni Kaprou

Eleni Kaprou is Lecturer in Business Law at Queen Mary University of London, specializing in consumer protection and digital market regulation. She serves as Deputy Director for Consumers and Digital Markets at the Institute for Competition and Consumers. Her research examines aggressive commercial practices, energy market regulation, and vulnerability frameworks.
