Elena Najera Pomar

Elena Najera Pomar serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB). Her academic responsibilities span multiple degree programs including Psychology (both standard and 2020 plan), Labor Relations, and the Master's Degree in Equality Policies and Prevention of Gender-Based Violence, with teaching activities confirmed through the 2025-26 academic year.

Her research and teaching expertise centers on Gender Studies and Social Psychology, with particular emphasis on gender equality implementation, psychosocial dimensions of employment, and prevention strategies for gender-based violence.
