Capilla Navarro Guzmán

Dr. Capilla Navarro Guzmán is a Full Professor of Social Psychology at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). She serves as a member of the Gender Studies Research Group and teaches in the Master's Degree in Equality Policies and Prevention of Gender Violence at UIB. Her academic role involves research participation in competitive projects focused on violence against women and depression/lifestyle modification interventions.

• Teaching areas include group psychology, organizational psychology, practicum supervision, and final degree projects across Psychology, Pedagogy, and Labor Relations programs
• Active in competitive R&D&I structures:
• Principal Investigator at BEATLES (Behavioral Evaluation and Treatment: Ambient and Laboratory Studies) group
• Member of NRL (Functional and Clinical Neurophysiology: Biological Rhythms and Language) group

Her research spans gender-based violence prevention, social psychology of organizations, and behavioral interventions for mental health. She maintains an office in the Margalida Comas i Camps building (ground floor) and requires appointment-based tutoring.
