Elena Koltsaki

Elena Koltsaki is an Affiliate Professor and Lawyer-Mediator at The American College of Greece (ACG). She holds a PhD in Law, an LLM in Commercial and Economic Law, and a LLB from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her roles include serving as a lead mediation trainer at the Bar of Athens Mediators’ Training Institute, an Expert Advisor to the Hellenic Parliament, and member of the Greek Ministry of Justice Working Group on Mediation. She is accredited as a Civil/Commercial, Family, and Workplace Mediator across Greece, the UK, and the USA, with advanced training from Harvard Negotiation Institute.

Educational Background: PhD in Law; LLM in Commercial & Economic Law; LLB from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Research focuses on mediation, dispute resolution mechanisms, and legislative reforms. She co-founded the Greek Mediation Institute and contributes to international organizations like the International Academy of Dispute Resolution (Vice President International) and the International Mediation Institute. Her work emphasizes promoting mediation globally through trainings, conferences, and competitions.
