Elena Blagoeva

Elena Blagoeva is a Professor at New Bulgarian University, affiliated with the Department of Foreign Languages and Cultures. She holds a PhD in Cultural Studies and has extensive experience in European policy analysis, education management, and intercultural communication.

Her research focuses on EU education and cultural policy, internationalization of higher education, and intercultural competence development.
