Eleanor Wilking is an Assistant Professor of Law and Gearns-Russo Family Faculty Fellow at Cornell Law School. She holds a J.D. (2015) and Ph.D. in Economics (2018) from the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on tax policy's intersection with employment law, particularly tax compliance challenges posed by digital platforms and gig economy dynamics. She previously taught at NYU School of Law and conducted research at the U.S. Department of Treasury.
