Elana R. Fogel is a Clinical Associate Professor at Duke University School of Law and the inaugural Director of the Criminal Defense Clinic. She joined Duke Law's faculty in 2022 after serving as a trial attorney with Federal Defenders of San Diego, representing indigent clients in federal criminal cases. Her career spans state and federal legal practice, including roles as a public defender and post-graduate fellow.
