Elana Feldman is an Associate Professor of Management in the Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Boston University and a B.A. in Anthropology/Biology from Brown University. Her research focuses on time/temporality, workplace relationships, and qualitative research methods. She is a founder of the Positive Relationships at Work (PRW) Microcommunity and a Faculty Affiliate at the Center for Positive Organizations (University of Michigan).
