Elaine Kelly

Elaine Kelly is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the College of Business, Oklahoma Christian University (OC). She has served at OC for over 27 years, focusing on promoting ethical standards in business education. Her roles include Scholarship and Schedule Coordinator for the College of Business and past President of the OC Faculty Association (2009-2010). She holds an M.B.A. and is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.).

Elaine’s professional background includes auditing and tax experience at KPMG, Seidman, and Oklahoma Publishing Company. She is actively involved in nonprofits, notably as past President of Shepherd’s Hill International (SHI), which supports community development projects in the Philippines, including livelihood initiatives and Christian education.

• Awards: Gaylord Chair (1999-2000), Merrick Award (2001-2002), Faculty Leadership Award (2014-2015), and current J.J. Millican Chair in Accounting.
• Engagement: Financial ministry involvement at Memorial Road Church of Christ.

Elaine values OC’s Christian environment and has contributed extensively to teaching and institutional leadership.
