Elaine C. Mumford

Elaine C. Mumford (they/them) is a PhD researcher at Wageningen University & Research's Environmental Policy Group (ENP), currently contributing to the OR ELSE project in the Dutch North Sea. Their work examines stakeholder ontologies in marine spatial planning and the role of power dynamics in social-ecological governance.
