Elaina Posey

Elaina Posey serves as Adjunct Faculty at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design (PCA&D), where she contributes her expertise as a practicing visual artist and photographer based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She maintains an active dual career in academia and professional art practice.

Her creative research centers on abstract environmental exploration, particularly examining the concept that "place is within you—not without." Her artistic interests include:

She actively exhibits her work through Cerulean Arts cooperative in Philadelphia and has maintained consistent exhibition activity since 2011, with notable appearances at Elizabethtown College, PAFA, and various galleries. Her artistic practice demonstrates a steady evolution from student work to professional exhibitions while maintaining thematic continuity.
