Eklund Saksberg is a Lecturer at Linköping University’s Department of Health, Medicine and Caring Sciences, affiliated with the Division of Nursing Sciences and Reproductive Health. She holds a part-time doctoral student position at the Unit of Health Care Analysis and the National Centre for Priority Setting in Health Care. Her work focuses on healthcare prioritization, organizational leadership, and quality improvement, with a strong emphasis on interprofessional education (IPE) and teamwork across academic programs.
Education: MSc in Quality Improvement. Current research explores priorities and leadership in municipal healthcare systems. Teaching responsibilities include coordinating first-semester nursing coursework and leading the 'Quality Improvement and Learning in Practice' module at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Professional activities include representing Linköping University on the National Platform for Improvement Knowledge working group. Her research and teaching intersect to address real-world challenges in healthcare delivery and interprofessional collaboration.
