Eileen Taylor is a Professor of Accounting at North Carolina State University, affiliated with the Department of Accounting within the Poole College of Management. Her research focuses on whistleblowing, ethics, and data security, with publications in journals like Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Information Systems. Dr. Taylor holds a Ph.D., MAC, and BS from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in North Carolina and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), reflecting her expertise in auditing and fraud detection.
Her academic contributions include co-editing a special issue of Journal of Information Systems on AIS and Ethics, and serving on editorial boards. She was recognized as a 2018 Poole Advisory Board Scholar for her scholarly impact.
