Eglantina Remport is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English Studies, School of English and American Studies, Eötvös Loránd University. Her academic career spans teaching, research, and leadership in Irish studies, including founding roles in the Budapest Centre for Irish Studies (BCIS) and the Nineteenth Century Society's Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Key publications include monographs on Lady Gregory and the Irish Cultural Renaissance, alongside chapters on Flann O'Brien and film analysis. She has organized international conferences, such as the Yeats 150 Conference (2015), and currently supervises a doctoral dissertation on contemporary Irish women's poetry.
