Edyta Kociubińska is a Professor at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL), affiliated with the Department of Romance Cultures and Literatures within the Institute of Literary Studies, Faculty of Humanities. Her academic leadership includes roles as Curator of the Department (2016-2017) and Secretary of the Institute (2008-2009). She is the founder of the Club des Dix-Neuviémistes and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the journal Quêtes littéraires.
Her research specializes in 19th-century French literature, focusing on naturalism, decadence, dandyism, and fin-de-siècle cultural phenomena.
