Edward Rock is the Martin Lipton Professor of Law and Co-Director of NYU’s Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance. He holds roles such as Reporter for the American Law Institute’s Restatement of Corporate Governance Law. His expertise spans corporate law, governance, and mergers.
