Edward Ott

Edward Ott is a **Distinguished University Professor of Electrical Engineering and Physics** at the **University of Maryland, College Park**, affiliated with the Institute for Research in Electronics and Applied Physics (IREAP) and the Institute for Systems Research (ISR). He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cooper Union, and master's and doctoral degrees in electrophysics from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
